Services Provided
I like to start the therapeutic relationship with a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine whether we would be a good fit for each other. This is followed by an hour long initial assessment during which I will gather general information about your background, current symptoms, and what you would like to work on. Follow up appointments will be up to an hour long, the frequency of which will be agreed upon by the two of us.

At this time, I solely provide individual therapy through in-person and telehealth services. I do not provide group therapy, couples counseling, or prescription medications; I am happy to make outside referrals should you require these services.

In the event that I am not immediately available during a mental health crisis, I encourage clients to contact Crisis Services of Erie County at (716) 834-3131 or the National Suicide and Crisis Hotline at 988. In cases of immediate life threatening or medical emergencies, please call 911.
